I Love this place, I wish there was 1 in Knoxville; the food, the service, is perfect, the people are very friendly, everybody will Love this place, every Pals is Perfect in every way
Well, I had to find out what the long lines were all about. All those people couldn't be getting something horrible. Friends wanted to know if I had the food. So, I tried it. The line moved very fast. I have to say, it was awesome! There's just something about Pal's. Great food at a great price. Fast, friendly service every time! Go for it!
This is a local favorite. You can only get in this area of the state. It's a Coney dog, but it's done extremely well. The sauce, it has a little bit of sweetness to it, and it's extremely flavorable. The hot dogs are always fresh and crunch to the bite perfectly. The other thing I'd recommend trying that I didn't picture. Here is the chili burger. It's done exceptionally well, too, in the fries. Make sure you get the large because they're that good. Also, the tea is exceptional, every time we go here. My daughter gets a few gallons to take back.I believe it's raspberry tea
This is my favorite Pal’s location for so many reasons! It’s easily accessible and even if there is a line of cars, it goes so fast. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile at the order window and the money window. The building and grounds are very well maintained. My food is always hot, fresh, and made correctly. Definitely worth a stop!
Love Pal’s, have been coming here for many years. The breakfast could be better, a lot of times the Cheddar Rounds don’t have hardly any cheese in them. I love the burgers fries and sweet tea though. If any other frequent customers are reading this, I wish y’all would stop trying to come in the drive thru the wrong way and then sitting there with your blinker on. It’s not fair to the people who came in the right way down by the bank and have been sitting there longer to let you cut in because you’re trying to enter the drive thru the WRONG WAY.
Fantastic staff and great leadership team here. They always go above the call of duty to ensure a great experience. The standard is set for ALL other restaurants here. Just a great place to eat.
Girl that took my order was very sweet. Girl at the pick up window couldn't of been anymore rude. Rolled her eyes when I asked for a drink tray and had the attitude that she didn't want to be there. Which I understand but come on, customer service people!
